As a professional soccer player for over 15 years, training was more than just a routine – it was a lifestyle. Every day was about being in top shape, both physically and mentally. But when my career ended, everything changed.

Suddenly there was no training plan to follow, no match to prepare for. I went from structured elite training to a life where work, family and everyday responsibilities took over. Slowly but surely, I noticed how my body was changing – and more importantly, how my well-being was affected. My energy dropped, my strength diminished, and the mental sharpness I had built up over the years began to fade.

I realized I needed a new way to stay strong, a method that worked in a busy life. That's where the idea for FIRST F I T was born.

FIRST F I T isn't about finding time to exercise - it's about integrating exercise into your everyday life. It's a solution for anyone who, like me, wants to maintain their strength, stamina and energy, without having to compromise on other life commitments.
